How does Contract Holidays at Sutton Hall work?

Choose your preferred accommodation from 14 available options including three Country Cottages, three Barn Conversions, and eight Apartments.
Then select your ideal week(s) to visit, with calendar weeks numbered 1-52.
Decide if you want to stay for 3, 4 or 7-night durations.

Whilst most of our members prefer 7-night stays, in 2024, we introduced more flexibility with 4 or 3-night stays available.

Once you've picked your accommodation and timing, choose a membership term of 3, 5, 7 or 10 years.

A modest, one-off Contract Holiday £125 joining fee applies, then simply pay each January for that year's holiday. We don't charge for all of your years' holidays upfront.

Customer-friendly terms and options

Rest assured your holiday price will not increase by more than 7% yearly.
We also offer monthly payment plans to spread out costs.
At the end of your term, feel free to renew or walk away with no exit fees or penalties.
